Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Elite Robotics! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for your child’s participation in our various programs, including after-school classes, summer camps, and competitive teams. By registering for and participating in any of our programs, you agree to comply with these terms.

  1. Registration and Payment:
    • To secure a spot in our programs, participants must complete the entire registration process and submit the required fees in full. This includes acceptance of all subscription charges.
    • Registration operates on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited spaces. We reserve the right to refuse registration or admission to any participant at our discretion.
    • Please note that all fees paid are non-refundable. This includes scenarios where classes are missed by the participant or if there are forced holidays or other disruptions beyond our control. In that scenario the coaches will do their best to catch the students up. Refunds will only be considered if the class is canceled by Elite Robotics due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • To cancel a registration, a written notice must be provided at least 30 days in advance.
  2. Code of Conduct:
    • Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times during camp activities. This includes interactions with peers, instructors, and staff.
    • Any form of bullying, harassment, discrimination, or misconduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate dismissal from the program without any refund. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy to ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
  3. Health and Safety:
    • Participants must adhere to all health and safety guidelines and instructions provided by our camp staff to ensure their well-being and the safety of others.
    • It is the responsibility of parents or legal guardians to inform camp staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements that may affect their child’s participation in camp activities.
  4. Use of Likeness:
    • By registering for our programs, parents or legal guardians consent to the use of their child’s likeness, including photographs and video recordings, for promotional and marketing purposes. This includes but is not limited to print materials, online content, and social media channels.
    • We use these materials to showcase camp activities and achievements, helping to promote the value and excitement of our programs.
  5. Liability Waiver:
    • Participation in our robotics programs involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury or property damage. By registering for the program, parents or legal guardians agree to release and hold harmless Elite Robotics, its staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in camp activities.
    • This waiver extends to any travel or transportation associated with the program.
  6. Intellectual Property:
    • All intellectual property rights in camp materials, including but not limited to curriculum, lesson plans, and instructional materials, remain the exclusive property of Elite Robotics and its affiliates. Participants and their guardians acknowledge that these materials are proprietary and confidential.
    • Participants are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or modify any camp materials without prior written consent from Elite Robotics.
  7. Changes to Schedule or Policies:
    • We reserve the right to modify the camp schedule, activities, or policies at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. This includes changes necessitated by weather, health advisories, or other factors beyond our control.
    • Any changes will be communicated to participants and their parents or legal guardians in a timely manner. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these matters.
  8. Missed Classes:
    • In the event that a participant must miss a class, our coaches will make reasonable efforts to help the child catch up on missed content. However, no refunds will be provided for missed classes.
  9. Governing Law:
    • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Fort Bend County, Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Fort Bend County, Texas.
